Thompson stated, “Is the Carnegie Hall of Sex in America”. Tourettes has been asked to bring a dose of our madcap and over-sexed vaudeville to their theater for one night only! Mind you, this show is NOT just for men, we’re even bringing in male burlesque superstar ROKY ROULETTE to dance for the strippers and always features the premiere of new explicit films by the all female NO PENIS PRODUCTIONS. This show is a celebration of controversy, free speech, sexuality, and the joys of debauchery. And dammit, it’s an excuse to go to a strip show!

This show is mighty special as it’s me birthday, special prizes for YOU if bring me an artistic or wacky present! Creativity counts! I finally turn 18! SWEET! We’ll be featuring crazy contests, raunchy comedians, and crowd favorites, everyone from JOYCE LEE, SWEET AND SHAMELESS, THE SCALESMAN, the always controversial NEW ECCENTRICS, a disturbing S and M circus freakshow involving very bad things by DISPLAYED LABOURS, a dirty haiku bout, sexy WRESTLERS, a new game with a sexy variation of What’s Down HER Pants Starring SIS, and of course STRIPPERS, as it’s, ahem, in a strip club. A full nude one that. There will also of course all kinds of salacious surprises, insanity and wacky explicit goodness. More to be announced!

The World’s Only Pop-Up Musical

The hour-long show offers a balanced fare. While the pratfalls and goofs permeate the evening, there’s enough pure circus skill to wow, and some genuinely original material too. Guest stars from SF’s underground cabaret scene The New Eccentrics did a number called “The World’s Only Pop-Up Musical” that was among the most creative storytelling displays in town. It involved an accordion player with a pop-up book that an assistant opened around his face-painted head, providing backdrop to his love story about a puppy and a kitten. It’s the sort of act that requires a little imagination to follow, but it’s rewarding.

Possibly Portland’s most jawed-about regularly occurring burlesque showcase, The Rosehip Revue has moved into the second half of it’s first year and is turning more heads than ever. Formerly named “Cuda Cabaret”, the show has been hailed an unrivaled success by it’s production team and attendees. Ensuring the high standards and unique quality set for each month’s installment of this revue, is a semi-rotating cast of the region’s most revered burlesque entertainers. Attending The Rosehip Revue, one never fails to find an all-inclusive representation of burlesque artistry and it’s wide variety of sub-genres.

As SinnSavvy Productions has returned from their notorious Pacific coast tour, they have promised this month’s lineup to be just as thrilling and tantalizing as ever. Always included in the cast are local favorites:
